How many games will we play? It is a 3-game guarantee, so every team will play at LEAST 3 games. Your team will play your first two games on Saturday or may play one on Friday. All will play 1 game Sunday. Finals will be on Sunday afternoon |
If my team is a SELECT/SAY PREMIER team, can we play in the tournament? No. SELECT/SAY PREMIER teams cannot play in SAY REC divisions. We are planning on adding SELECT/SAY PREMIER divisions for future tournaments. |
Can I make scheduling requests? Yes We do our best to accommodate scheduling requests. Please submit scheduling requests with your application. We cannot guarantee any schedule requests. |
I don't have enough players from my team available to play in the tournament; can I add other players from another team to my roster so we can field a team? No. No guest players are allowed for the Say divisions. All players must be on the current season's legal roster signed by your coordinator. |
When is check-in and what should I bring? Please check-in with the tournament table 45 minutes prior to your first game. You will need to give us a copy of your SAY roster and turn in your payment for the tournament. |
Will the game schedule be revised once it's posted? It could, depending. We have had teams apply under the wrong division, a team may drop out of the tournament after being accepted/scheduled, and a mistake could have been made during scheduling that needs fixing. |
