|Do I have to pay when I submit my application?
No, due to the style of our tournament and some clubs paying with 1 check, you can pay when you check-in prior to your first game.
|How many games will we play?
It is a 4-game guarantee, so every team will play at LEAST 4 games. Your team will have a double-header on either the Sat/Sun of the 1st weekend or the Sat of the 2nd weekend. If you advance to the semi-finals or finals, you will play on the Sun of the 2nd weekend. You could play up to 6 games in our tournament.
|If my team is a SAY PREMIER team, can we play in the tournament?
Yes, if enough SAY PREMIER teams apply to play in the tournament. We need to have at least 4 teams in an age group to complete the division.
SAY PREMIER teams cannot play in the SAY REC divisions.
|Can I make scheduling requests?
Yes, you may request which day (1st, 2nd or 3rd) that you'd like your double-header to be scheduled on. And you may request specific game times (also the 1st, 2nd & 3rd day). We do our best to accommodate. Scheduling requests need to be submitted prior to scheduling (usually the Sunday prior to the tournament.)
The 4th day, we cannot guarantee any schedule requests, as we play all the Semi-Final games first thing in the AM. The Final games will the be scheduled depending on those Semi-Final games.
|Can we not be scheduled for a game on the Sat/Sun of the 1st weekend or the Sat of the 2nd weekend?
No, you have to play at least 1 game on Days 1, 2 & 3. Due to the 4-game guarantee, all teams will play on Days 1, 2 & 3. We cannot allow teams to play 3 games in one day, so each team will play on the Sat/Sun of the 1st weekend and the Sat of the 2nd weekend.
|I need a change made to my game schedule.
We take requests up until we schedule the games.
After the schedule is finalized and posted to the website, it is very difficult for us to change anything, as it would affect so many other games.
|I don't have enough players from my team available to play in the tournament; can I add other players from another team to my roster so we can field a team?
No. No guest players are allowed. All players must be on the current season's legal roster signed by your coordinator.
|Is it a possibility to have games scheduled during the week?
Yes, if the tournament has too many teams to accommodate over the two weekends, or if there are too many weather delays during the 1st weekend, games might be schedule during the week in between the two weekends.
|When is check-in and what should I bring?
Please check-in with the tournament table prior to your first game. You will need to give us a copy of your SAY roster and turn in your payment for the tournament.
|Will the game schedule be revised once it's posted?
It could, depending. We have had teams apply under the wrong division, a team may drop out of the tournament after being accepted/scheduled, and a mistake could have been made during scheduling that needs fixing.
